The Grossi Cinematic Universe

The Grossi Cinematic Universe (or GCU) is a story spanning over 6 years starting with the Coach series and later including the four NFL Divisional Sagas. It follows Tom and his struggle facing his own conflicting emotions that would eventually lead him into a world inside his very own mind. This series features a cast of iconic characters that have also starred in other skits and series such as If the NFL was Scripted and reaction videos.

From football themed soap operas to a literal mind-bending story, the GCU has something for everyone. On the surface, you can find a light-hearted comedy that's bound to get a laugh out of you. But if you go deeper, you'll find yourself either searching for more answers, or crying at 3am. Or maybe both. Definitely both.

The series that started the GCU! In February of 2019 Tom released the first entry of this episodic series with the first episode “The Call.” A year later the second season was released and fans soon realized how deep the Lore would take them. Coach is psychological journey into the mind of Tom himself as he confronts his own emotions. Though some of these emotions appear to be on Tom’s side, others have more nefarious plans and aim to take total control of his mind.

In 2020 after the release of Season 2 the Divisional Sagas were integrated into Coach’s story. There are currently 5 completed seasons of Coach with the 6th season currently in development. New episodes for season 6 will be released throughout the Summer/Fall of 2025.

In the summer of 2020 the series that would become the Divisional Sagas began with the Jets and Giants Fans reaction videos becoming their own comedic series of skits. At the start of the 2020-21 NFL season the rest of the eastern division teams were included in these weekly skits and thus the East Saga was born!

In the seasons following, the rest of the Divisional Sagas were released as weekly reaction series during the NFL season. The 2021-22 season featured the West Saga, then the South Saga the year after. Finally during the 2023-24 season the last saga, the North Saga, was released. While at first the Sagas seemed like their own series set in their own universe it became clear at the end of the East Saga that Coach and the rest of the Sagas were connected somehow. Over the course of each season the plot lines of the Sagas and Coach became more and more intertwined.
